Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We have a 3-day return window, which means you have 72 hours after receiving your item to request a return- 

  • Returns will only be accepted if the item is not as described OR damaged during shipping

All our products are vintage, and as such:

  • We do not provide warranties

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for normal wear, age-related issues, or change of mind

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us within 3 days of delivery in case of any issues.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label

  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

We carefully test all cameras before sale, and any known defects are clearly mentioned in the product listing. By purchasing, you acknowledge the vintage nature of the product.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get a replacement item is to:

  1. Request a return for the original item

  2. Once the return is accepted, place a new order separately

We do not offer direct exchanges.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding approval.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
